What the quote form collects
Your name, your phone number and/or email address, your suburb, the type of painting, a description of the work and your preferred timing. Your street address is only requested once a quote visit is arranged. If you phone or email Robin directly, the same kinds of details are collected from that conversation.
How it is used
Your enquiry is sent to Robin at robin@vividbrush.com.au by email, using an email delivery service (Resend), and recorded with a reference number so it is handled once and not lost. Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and to quote and carry out the work you ask about. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Resend is based in the United States, so your enquiry may pass through or be stored on servers outside Australia while it is delivered.
Who receives it
Your enquiry goes to Robin. If it cannot be delivered, a copy goes to the company that manages this website so it can be passed on to Robin and is not lost. They use it for nothing else.
It is not shared with other businesses, except where needed to carry out the work you agree to, such as a tradesperson Robin refers you to with your permission.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to quote and complete the job, and for any period required by law, then deleted. You can ask for your details to be deleted earlier, unless they are needed for a job in progress.
Website measurement
The site measures how visitors use it, such as which page an enquiry came from. Your name, phone number, email and message are never sent to analytics tools. Measurement tools may use cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Photos of your property
Photos of your home are only published on this website with your permission. If you change your mind later, ask and the photos will be taken down.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete the details held about you, email robin@vividbrush.com.au or call 0439 819 979.
If you have a concern about how your details have been handled, contact Robin first so he can put it right. If you are not satisfied with the response, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner can advise on your options.
